You can bike, walk, run, skate along the side walk that goes as far as Santa Monica Beach. The beach front is clean and the water is nice during the summer. Good place for beginning surfers. Muscle beach is here along with a mini skate park full of experienced skateboarders that do some pretty amazing tricks!!

Bring some wine, a nice dinner, a blanket and seat cushion or buy something there for 3x the regular price. There are nearby shuttles (about $8 cash first come first served) that take you directly to the Bowl so you don't have to worry about the insane parking and the parking costs.
