It's our coffee shop around the corner! They are a pretty basic coffee shop a bit soviet style in design and minimalist but the coffee is good and the owner is super friendly.

This is the closest food market around the corner. Good for milk and eggs and basics. They have wonderful take out food that is home made and just SO good! We go there all the time. Falafel, wraps, kebab, good humus, home made pita etc.

This is great for kids! An old amusement park, all hand painted with an old merry go round, animals, puppet show and animals. No loud music and just one little food stand. There is a little train you can ride inside. Very quaint and typical of Oakland. Must have children to go.
