Very roman, good food (also the fish and the meat, like "abbacchio", "saltimbocca alla romana" o" rombo con le patate"), historical one in the city center. Not too expensive and loved by locals.
Trattoria is in quartiere Monti, 15 minutes walking from the apartment.
