The most beautiful botanical garden we have been to and we have been to a few nationally and internationally neither have we seen or been on anything like the canopy walkway...absolutely breathtaking views...and the small spring nestled alongest the bushes in the middle is so welcoming on hot summer days...

The feeling you get once you've reached the top of the mountain is magical as you realise you are at the southern most tip of Africa... I highly recommend walking up if you are able to so that you can take in the scenery piece by piece....

A must go if you have kids... it is spacious with a small pond ladybrith and many jungle gyms and obstacles courses which are separated by age, so no worries that your little one is going to get run over... plus they have an outdoor adult gym as well.

This is the perfect place for a dose of nature on those days when you too tired to do too much walking but still want to do something outdoorsy... it's small and intimate lake with a small tower to climb up on and see the reserve from above as well as a small museum and bird watching bonus you can picnic there 😁
