University Park campus is quite large, with downtown traveling parallel to it, you can experience the heart of Happy Valley by simply crossing the street! It may take a whole day to get through all of campus but it’s worth it! Pack a few snacks for the squirrels, they love being fed!

CATA bus

CATA bus can take you around town, from downtown to campus and all around the community. Fare for each one-way trip is $1.75. Persons age 65 and over with a Transit ID Card and children under 40” ride free. Those presenting a valid U.S. Medicare Card or CATA Reduced Fare ID Card may ride for half the fare ($0.85).
