The ferry to Ocracoke Island is about 1.5 hours south on Hatteras Island. It is a quaint magical island that is full of history (most famously about Blackbeard the pirate). It's a hike and a full day for a visit but it's worth it! Go on a day when you need a break from the beach!

There is access to the Roanoke Sound and many spots to watch spectacular sunsets. Ww have a sound front pool and a boat launch with canals on the other side of the neighborhood. The Vibe is relaxed and family oriented.
