Maybe after your bike ride you could enjoy a hot spa, there is a great little cafe where you can enjoy a bite to eat, or hot and cold beverages and relax. This is approximately 3-4kms from your stay. Heading South toward Taupo.

Just head south on Hemo Road toward Te Puia and turn right at the round about which takes you on Springfield Road then make a turn to your left on Mokoia Drive. About 300 metres up the hill and just past Toi Ohomai Institute there is an entrance way to your right. Go down the driveway and follow the road to the gardens.
