If you turn LEFT from Branko’s bridge, you will reach “Sava Mala” (famous for night cafes) and new complex Belgrade Water Front (which you can see from the aprtment). All these are in the walking distance from apartment. It is a special pleasure to walk or ride a bike along the Sava River. It is wonderful during the day to enjoy the view of the Kalemegdan Fortress and the other New Belgrade coast. At night, it is magical under lights and reflects in the water. The nightlife is very lively and exciting.

Further in Knez Mihajlova you can visit “Raiceva Shopping Center” and the most popular ancient “Kalemegdan Fortress”. After visiting many hidden corners of the fortress you can visit Belgrade Zoo Park. It is located in the middle of Kalemegdan and is very nice to visit in shiny days.

Parking in garages is cheaper if you buy PasS card.

Regarding parking, Belgrade is very crowded and there are no cheap parking places downtown. Street parking is paid (average 50RSD/hour) but with just limited time (30min, 1 or 2 hours) during working days. It is free from Saturday 14h till Monday, but takes patience to find a free spot. We would recommend using Parking PasS option. Below is the link for the Parking PasS with explanations and parking locations. Closest are "Garage Obilicev Venac" (about 120m) and "Garage Zeleni Venac" (about 220m). Daily (24hour) parking PasS is 1500RSD (dinars) what is about 12.5EUR. For 3 days it is 3500RSD

What to visit by bus (or by car/taxi) …

Most of the Bus lines go over Zeleni Venac (just across the Brankova Street). You should visit old town of Zemun, located further on New Belgrade. Zemun has beautiful Danube River coast with lot of small restaurants and nice promenade. Bus Lines 15, 84, 704, 706, 707 go to Zemun from Zeleni Venac. If you like walking, you can cross the Branko’s bridge and take a walk along beautiful cost of Sava River and then Danube River, walking distance about 10km. If you like nature, adorable is Ada Ciganlija Lake in every season. It’s about 5 km from downtown. Bus Lines 52 or 53 start from Zeleni Venac.
