This is by far my #1 favorite restaurant if you're a non-BBQ meat eater but prefer a well balanced meal with lots of vegetables. Unlike what you might expect, this is a speciality restaurant that specializes in steamed Iberico Pork. Thin layers of pork are sliced and placed a bed of bean sprouts and steamed for 10 minutes in a steamer made of Cypress Tree. You can choose from a wide variety of sauces to dip the meat and choose from a dish of acorn jelly or spicy rice cake if you order the set menu. Simply affordable, healthy and very clean!
