Very convenient location, good food and beautiful vista views from Song Mountain. Indoor/outdoor dining, live music, open year round. Sit back and take in the views all year round - including skiers just outside the restaurant window. Open Mon - Sat for lunch and dinner during ski season. Open Thurs-Sat for dinner during Spring/Summer/Fall seasons. Seasonal, local menu. Family friendly, and a great place for a date. Sit by the fire pit all year long. Great place to celebrate something special. Pete and MJ celebrated their 10th anniversary and Pete's birthday here in 2021! THE BEST BBQ CHICKEN in the WORLD!! Their ribs are pretty great too. Pete and MJ recommend getting the 1/2 BBQ chicken + 2 ribs platter, with the baked beans and potato salad for sides. Lots of other options too including pulled pork, brisket, hot dogs, Bob's country stew, salt potatoes, corn on the cob, corn bread, coleslaw, macaroni salad, sweet potatoes, and a variety of desserts. Outdoor stand open seasonally - typically late April through early October. You can dine there at picnic tables in a park-like setting, or Pete & MJ recommend getting it take-out, and bring it back to enjoy on the deck of the Song Lake Cabin with some beers or wine. 10 minute drive from the cabin.
