A totale private and green area, for your baths and sunbaths, to let your dogs play in total freedom, to organize pleasant events with your friends, for your romantic dinners on Garda Lake.
Un' incantevole Oasi con zona balneare e accesso diretto al Lago di Garda. È a vostra disposizione per trascorrere splendide ore di blaneazione, per ciocare con i vostri cani o organizzare piacevoli colazioni, pranzi o cena con i vostri amici. Si trova a pochi minuti di auto dalla mia Guesthouse e deve essere prenotata separatamente. Qui alcune infos utili.
The Oasis was designed as a bathing and relax area available for half or full day, also perfect for events with a limited number of people.
The economic request may vary according to the number of days booked and your exigencies.
To ensure optimal use of the lake area, you will find below some useful information which we kindly ask you to carefully read:
the area consists of green grass parts with gravel and disposes of:
- manual opening entrance gate; a second lockable gate (you will be provided with the key) allows access to the lake. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the gates are properly locked if absent.
- 3 indoor parking spaces and 1 outdoor parking space on the side of the entrance.
- 4 sun loungers and 4 deck chairs.
- 1 umbrella.
- 1 gazebo per shade area.
- tables with chairs for 14/16 seated people.
- solar heated hot water shower.
- containers for separate waste collection.
- water fountain near the deck chairs, water tap near the parking lot.
take notice that:
- there are no chemical toilets but they can be installed on two prepared platforms.
- there are no sockets or autonomous power generators, but there are possibly rechargeable battery lights that can illuminate the area in an elegant and suggestive way.
- the land is covered by insurance. In the case of long-term rental or the organization of private events, insurance is still required to protect your property and customers.
- a short distance away are: chiringuito for sandwiches and drinks, resort with bar service, restaurant and take-away, and sports center.
- cleaning is your responsibility as well as any reorganization costs. However, it is possible to book an accessory cleaning service to be paid separately.
- after 9.30 pm the use of music is no longer authorized.
