If you like breakfast, this is the place to go! Great selection of food and it's right in Jensen beach (4.6 miles) from the house. Be sure to bring your appetite though - The portions are very large! They are only open until 2:30 PM.

If you like street tacos, this is the place to get them! Right in Jensen beach, ~5 miles from the house. It's fantastic place to stop at for lunch if you're heading over the beaches on Hutchison Island. They also have many live music bands that play outside too, so make sure and check our the music schedule.

Jensen Beach Park is a great little public beach to visit. It is right across the causeway from Jensen Beach. Very quick drive from the house, about 10 to 15 minutes and it's very open! If you just want to get your "Ocean On" stop by and relax with front row seats to the Atlantic Ocean!
Old Downtown Stuart, very close town, has a great little shopping area. If you have time, take Highway 1 and head South to Stuart. Many fun things to do there!

If you take a drive North on Hutchison island, you can find the National US Navy Seal Museum. It will be a great place to stop if you're heading North toward Fort Pierce.

If you want to take a nice (45 minute) drive south along A1A, head toward Jupiter to this restaurant. Great atmosphere, good food and nice time with your friends. Make sure and bring your suits too! When you're done eating, turn Right out of the restaurant and you can head toward Jupiter Inlet. There is a great public beach area there along with restrooms and changing rooms if you want sit on the beach aftwerwards!

US Highway 1
Port St. Lucie is very easy to get around in. US Highway 1 is very close to the house. Once on Hwy 1, you can go North or South and find very many stores, places to each, grocery stores (Publix is the main one). Head South on Hwy 1 to enjoy the town of Stuart and many more. Head North on Hwy 1 to find many other towns. (We liked Fort Pierce).

West Palm Beach airport (PBI)
If flying in to Port St. Lucie, we suggest West Palm Beach airport (PBI). It is only 55 minutes south of Port St. Lucie. It's a really simple drive from the airport the house. Other choices might be Orlando (2 hours North) or Fort Lauderdale (2 hours South.
