This is one of my favorite parks. It is close and fun to see. You must take the shuttle during all summer months because of all the traffic but it is a national park you should not miss. There are easy hikes and there are hikes for those looking for adventure. Some of our favorites are emerald pools, the weeping wall, the lookout, and for those seeking a thrill angels landing or the narrows.

It is a fun drive and very short walk to the lookout at cedar breaks. It has a beautiful view and is fun to see. Our family enjoys the Alpine Pond trail. It is easy and has beautiful wild flowers in the spring.

This is a fun short hike on Cedar Mountain. The falls are very pretty. It can get a little slippery and make sure you watch your children here. Not a great one if you are afraid of heights.

This is a great place to visit during the summer and the winter. In winter you can find great skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Our children love to go here for a great day skiing and snowboarding.
In the summer you can rent bikes and do some mountain biking.
They do have a couple of lifts running during the summer for the biking. They have also added a nice ice rink for ice skating. It has a very high elevation and we have had a few of our guests get altitude sickness here so beware of this. There are a couple places here to eat out.

Brian Head
This is a great place to visit during the summer and the winter. In winter you can find great skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Our children love to go here for a great day skiing and snowboarding.

They do have a couple of lifts running during the summer for the biking. They have also added a nice ice rink for ice skating. It has a very high elevation and we have had a few of our guests get altitude sickness here so beware of this. There are a couple places here to eat out.
This is a fun one to see just outside of Orderville. It has become very popular to hike through because of the many pictures online. It is not a hard hike. You walk through a tunnel that goes under the road and looks like you are in the belly of a dragon. It is a nice quick stop.

This is fun to see. There are areas for dune buggies and areas where you can hike and run around on the sand dunes. We enjoy going here and letting the family run and roll around in the sand.

You can hike up as far as you can get or until you want to turn back. This is a nice place to come if you do not want the crowds.

You can hike up as far as you can get or until you want to turn back. This is a nice place to come if you do not want the crowds.
