Adventures
Steven’s Pass Resort is located 23 miles east of the cabin on HWY 2. This is a beautiful place to ski, snowboard and snow shoe in the winter or mountain bike and hike in the warmer months! Ski season is typically November through April, and Mountain Biking season is typically May through August, but this can vary based on weather conditions. Make sure to get there early in the winter as the parking lot can fill up quickly in the mornings.
Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing and all the adventure this beautiful ski area offers through the changing seasons.

Barclay Lake Trailhead is located North of the town of Baring. This trail is 4.4 miles round trip and has an elevation gain of less than 500 feet. Baring Mountain rises abruptly and majestically above Barclay Lake. It is a wonderful option for little adventurers and families!

The River House (red building to the left when crossing the bridge) serves espresso, beer, and food. They also show sporting events on big screen TVs. Outdoor Adventure Center is also located there – they offer white water rafting and kayaking tours.
