A very unique beach in the south of Sithonia with a great view of mount Athos. There are a couple of beach bars that offer coffee and have bbq at noon. The scenery is amazing as the beach protrudes into the sea. Keep in mind that the road leading to the beach is a bit tricky and rough at some points but it is only 4km and worth visiting.

Sarti is the biggest village in the southern part of Sithonia with all kinds of shops and restaurants. It has a very beautiful and large beach that never gets too crowded. At night you will find bars and clubs for entertainment.

One of the best beaches of Sithonia. The beach is small but the waters are simply amazing, crystal clear with blue, turquoise and green hues. The landscape is one of a kind too, with many trees and beautiful rocks. Keep in mind that it is not an organized beach, there are only a few sunbeds and a canteen. It is a 5 minute walk to beach but it can be a little difficult to access with strollers.

The landscape is one of a kind too, with many trees and beautiful rocks. Keep in mind that it is not an organized beach, there are only a few sunbeds and a canteen. Porto Koufo is a very picturesque place to visit. It is one of the biggest natural harbours in Greece as the 2 mountain hills create a gulf that has a very narrow opening. Porto Koufo is famous for its fish taverns but also has a beach a few meters away from the port. The tavern that i would recommend is Porto Marina due to its fresh fish plates.

Aretes beach is almost a secret place that not many tourists know about. It is a beautiful beach with white sand a clear waters. It has a couple of taverns to eat fresh fish but i would recommend going to Barbatolis which a very simple bar/tavern on the beach. You can try greek meze (small portions of sea food) and greek tsipouro. Overall it is a very authentic greek experience.

The church of Saint Athanasios in the village of Sykia is a place worth visiting. Built in 1818 it is a beautiful church made of stone, decorated with various materials. On the inside there are many hand-crafted wood details. It is listed as a historical monument by the Greek Ministry of Culture.

On the far side of Toroni beach you can find the remains of an old castle known as Likithos Castle. You cannot get inside the area but you can go on the hill and see the remains from a distance. You can also enjoy the view of Toroni beach from that point.

Diaporos is an uninhabited island next to the village of Vourvourou. Around the island you can find the most amazing waters that resemble the Carribean. You can access it by renting a boat from Vourvourou. It is very close and easy to visit. It is perfect for a day-trip excursion.

The winery has a separate entrance and people can visit it, have a tour and even try its wines. It is a very nice experience for tourists that visit the area. It is also a good activity for a rainy day.

The winery has a separate entrance and people can visit it, have a tour and even try its wines. It is a very nice experience for tourists that visit the area. It is also a good activity for a rainy day.
Marmaras is a big village with many shops and bars but the place to visit is next to Marmaras. It is called "Parthenonas" and it is a very old, abandoned village on the top of the mountain that has beautiful houses and offers an amazing view.
