No need to pay to park in downtown CD. There are many side streets with ample free parking available. Meander one block north of Sherman to find an easy spot to park your vehicle to minimize waiting, or paying for a spot on the strip.

CDA is very dog friendly, making it easy to take your pooch with you! Many establishments allow dogs, and provide water bowls. There is a large dog park on 15th street, just a couple minutes from the treetop loft.
