Eats and Drinks

Modena is home to one of the best restaurants in the world, Massimo Bottura’s Osteria Francescana and is famous for it’s culinary culture. Traditional crescentine (also known as ‘Tigelle’ for the stones that they were originally cooked in) can be eaten here with a lovely outdoor area and view of L’Accademia Militare. Great for a quick lunch or for enjoying a glass of local Lambrusco accompanied by these little local sandwiches.
