we recently tried their chef's tasting menu for dinner and it was a wonderful evening.
this restaurant has also pledged to pay their staff a living wage, and provide health benefit plans. tipping is not expected, but is an option if you feel your experience went above and beyond your expectations.
knowing this, and the quality, and appreciation for local foods done well,we can't recommend them enough.
