Rory, the head cheesemonger, just won the National Cheesemonger Championship. Ask him anything. The wine bar has happy hour oysters and kick-ass staff who will can talk to you about wine without making you feel like an idiot. They play a lot of 90s hip-hop in the evening. You'll feel at home immediately.
