The duke is a known for it's Fish and Chips. It is a local pup located in one of our famous alleyways downtown St.John's it has a very international feel to it and is a great experience in general. I recommend this place for your fish and chips experience and a good cold beer.

The is a great local hideaway . It is budget friendly and has a full menu .It is a great place to stop and get breakfast or have a nice dinner. It is family friendly and has and can host large groups.

Parks & Nature
It has a famous tower that looks like a Castle. It has a view out over the ocean and the entire city. There are beautiful views from every angle and every trail way. There are hiking trails that go right around the base of the hill but I only recommend them if you are not afraid of heights and in at least decent health conditions. There are gift shops and tourist information centres and even a coffee shop on your way up signal hill it's worth the adventure get out and explore! it also has the most unimaginable , unforgettable sunrise you will ever see in your life!!! if you have the opportunity to check it out when we are not having fog go see the sunrise!

It is a dangerous coast line open to pure Atlantic Ocean and has claimed many lives!!! Again stay off the cliffs the danger signs were put there for a reason. Stay on the designated pathways and everything will be just fine.

Right next door to my Airbnb you will find Ash Lake. Very Convenient it has a small take out menu where you can get chicken and chips, Burgers, subs etc. As well as typical convenience store items such as milk , beer, snacks etc. open from 8 am - 11pm, 7 days a week.
