Great place to rent bikes nearby. Ottawa is super bike friendly with lots of separated bike trails and lanes. I would highly recommend seeing the city by bike! Bike the trail along the canal from my place and you can be downtown within 15 minutes. You can also rent skates for in the wintertime. Check their website for prices.
