Rāma is budget friendly vegetarian restaurant in Hare Krishna center. The place is very basic, but food is tasty! Many locals love to get a luch there because of the central location, reasonable prices and variety of food. Try it! Food tastes much better than it looks! :)

Our favorite French bakery in town. Always fresh croissants, tasty coffee, lively, international atmosphere, and great prices. You can sit there for hours read newspapers and books or just watch people. Crowd is very vivid in this place- young hipsters discussing their art pojects, old ladies celebrating a life, foreigners reading New York Times, while kids drinking hot chocolate. :)

It's probably the most famous eclair bakery in Riga! People are coming to Runas Dārza Eklērnīca from all over the town. It's based in an avarage bilding, out of center district, but serves some very pretty eclairs.

View is great in the morning hours with the sun shining up and charming at evenings with city lights. A drink costs about 4-15 euros.
