You simply cannot find more authentic Vietnamese food in London than this. The Pho is exceptional and frankly best enjoyed sitting on the lock outside. Dining in, you can be more experimental (a visual menu helps here) and opt for dishes like spicy ribs or the sizzling spicy prawns. No frills, no pretense, just good, simple and most of all authentic food.
