Parthenon: this is a picturesque, traditional Greek stone village by the mountain, only 20’ drive away from Azapiko. It is lovely for an afternoon walk and possibly something to eat or drink, there are a couple of tavernas and bars in the village. Drive towards N. Marmaras, a couple of km after Masoutis watch for the sign on your right and turn right towards the mountain. http://www.feelgreece.com/en/parthenonas http://www.greece-is.com/halkidiki-parthenonas/ https://sithoniagreece.com/halkidiki/neos-marmaras/see/parthenonas-sithonia-halkidiki/

Just next to Azapiko you will find “Diaporti” a strip land connecting the mainland with the small island “Punta”. Take a left turn as you exit Azapiko, towards Hotel Poseidon. At Poseidon, continue straight ahead, take a left turn towards Hotel Lykithos and continue until the end of the road walk along the strip and get the feeling of walking on water!
