Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

V tomto stylovém ubytování se zabaví celá tvoje rodina či parta přátel. Objekt nabízí komfortní ubytování až pro 17 osob. Vila Dvorečná se nachází na okraji osady Dvorečná, cca pět minut autem od sjezdovky v Lipně nad Vltavou. Objekt je třípodlažní se dvěmi terasami, grilem, ohništěm, krytým venkovním bazénem s protiproudem a vnitřním wellness se saunou a vířivkou. Objekt pronajímáme celý. My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.
