As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. The Shorebird - Hamptons Style Waterfront Home

Welcome to The Shorebird - our waterfront Hamptons-inspired home is the perfect place to relax and watch the golden sunsets from your balcony overlooking St Georges Basin. Everything is designed for relaxation. Infinity is set among the rolling green hills on the idyllic Willowvale Road, which boasts dairy farms and the stunning Crooked River Winery. Ten minutes to Kiama and Berry on the NSW South Coast. Just 5 minutes from the beach, you'll feel a million miles from anywhere.

Bay & Basin Staycation

This stylish place to stay is perfect for getaways and people passing through who need an overnight stay to break up the journey. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a 1 Burner Ceramic Cooktop, Convection Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee Machine/Milk Frother and Ice Cube Machine. Supplied is complimentary tea and coffee also. Shampoo/Conditioner and bath soaps and Towels are also included. The coffee table does also convert to a table for dining. A perfect space just for one, a couple or small family with an infant. Ideal for travellers, short stays, for business people and local vistors. When you don’t need extra rooms to be on holidays or to rest up and be comfortable. Little Loralyn Studio is self contained, semi attached and private. The Studio is a fully equipped small home with it's own enclosed outdoor areas located across the road from St Georges Basin. Well behaved pets may stay upon request when added to the booking.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

The boutique town of Huskisson/Jervis Bay/Boodaree National Park, Hyams beach are a mere 10 minute drive from the studio.

When the weather is warm you have access to the most spectacular white sand beaches within minutes of the farm.

Quiet residential area within minutes of St Georges Basin, Country Club and shopping centres. Short drive to beaches in Jervis Bay and the National Park. Lots of walking trails and activities. Most activities (stand up paddling, kayaking, surfing, bike riding, etc) are based at Huskisson which is a 10-15 minute drive away.
