Set in the countryside, you will be just a 5 minute drive from St Helier’s town centre. It is recommended you have your own transport.

Perfectly located in a quiet, mixed use residential & commercial side street on the edge of St Helier, this property is a 5 minute walk from the busy centre of town. It's close to restaurants & bars as well as the tranquility of Howard Davis Park which is literally just around the corner. Stroll just a little a little further on to the golden beach and pool at Havre de Pas. The main bus station is a 15 minute walk or it’s 20 mins to St Clement golf, tennis, squash & padel complex.

Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a little residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.
