A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

The lower floor of an Historic Family Home. Private, beautifully finished, just an 8 minute stroll from Auckland's famous Mission Bay beach. With cafe and restaurant options aplenty and just a 10 min bus ride to Auckland's CBD, your peaceful and luxurious suite awaits. Having lived in the area for nearly 50 years, I can't wait to give you a warm welcome and help you discover all that Auckland has to offer. This modern, architecturally designed suite with its own private entrance is nestled amongst peaceful bush surrounds in Remuera and overlooks the Orakei Basin inlet. It has comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, underfloor bathroom heating, under sheet electric blankets and a spacious grassy outdoor area with a path that leads down to the water's edge. It is close to bus and train, local cafes, a shopping centre and a walking track that surrounds the Orakei Basin.

Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.
