I also provide towels, shampoo, hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi access. The house is in a 2-min. walk from the Central Station and the Grand-Place, also near an underground public parking (the daily rate is 22€). The unit is accessible by elevator. This completely private duplex, for NON-SMOKERS only, consists of a ground floor with a little private garden, and a basement floor (dressing, bathroom), in a typical Brussels house. The area is NOT TOURISTIC (no nice cafés or restaurants in the close vicinity), but is multicultural and safe. Regional tax is included, no extra charge will be requested. Parking is scarce and very expensive.
