The place was great and in a great location. We loved everything about the apartment however did have a few issues with some of the "rules". This is the only place I've ever rented that I've been told if anyone else comes into the place other than my wife and myself we would result in "immediate eviction". We were in town for a wedding for my niece and her and her fiance wanted to stop by and visit. I found it asinine that I had to tell her sorry you can't come in or I will be evicted. They have a beautiful private roof top with patio seating for 5, however no one else can visit. We were also going to arrive 30 minutes prior to check in by an Uber and had 2 large suitcases along with 2 other bags and a suit bag and asked if we could check in early and her response was yes but we would have to pay the $50 early check in fee. I would think that we would atleast be able to drop our bags so we wouldn't have to drag them around the streets. Other than that, no issues.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

We had a pleasant stay, incredibly home away from home, I personally loved the therapeutic massaging shower and the comfy bed. Security is tight with codes access only. If you got kids there is a play ground within the courtyard a few blocks away. I certainly recommend this place to anyone looking forward to stay about 14miles away from the WhiteHouse.

Absolutely first class experience. Harrison was responsive and proactive before we even booked! I asked about an amenity that he didn’t have and by the time we arrived, he had it installed. Extremely easy to take the Metro to explore all things DC. Lots of convenient food options next door at The Roost and across the street. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and spaces to sleep. A/C worked wonderful! Felt right at home. Harrison also accommodated our arrival and departure times so that we were never without a place to stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and nice place to stay in a good location. It was nice to have amenities and all the essentials for a quick getaway. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed our time there to visit friends and loved being able to have our dog with us and walk her in the neighborhood.

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Very nice place in great area. Everything was very easy and clean. Tom had a parking permit ready for my car for the street parking. Building was very easy to get in and out of. Plenty of towels and good kitchen! Overall my friends and I had a great time. Felt at home for a few days!

Check in was easy with a lock pad. Updated with clean kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to find and park. Friendly host. Would return and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed staying at Kwan Ho’s house! Wonderful amenities- fully stocked kitchen, laundry and bathroom! 3 bedrooms with cozy beds! We felt right at home- looks just like the photos! Great location, right outside of Annapolis, a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

This location is walkable and great for families even with restaurants nearby and we felt safe the whole time. The White House and everything to see in DC is easily walkable, or a short Uber! This townhome offers very comfortable beds/bedrooms, and awesome shower heads.

Shareef was a very communicative host, continuously checking in with us both during arrival and throughout the stay. He was flexible with check-in time and generous. The unit was spotless and check-in was simple. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Roman’s place for a long weekend to show our kids our nation’s capital. Location was good, we were close enough to the National Mall to get there in about 15 mins in an Uber, but far enough away that it felt like a neighborhood. Place itself was nicely renovated and we appreciated having nice shampoo, conditioner, and soaps so we didn’t have to pack them. Only note is even with the A/C, the second floor got a little warm overnight, but this was solved with a note to the host who was very responsive and able to reset thermostat settings for us.

Absolutely love this home! Highly recommend picking this place if you want to spend time in DC.

We had a blast during our stay in Alexandria/DC and your place was a huge part of that! Very cozy and comfortable. Beds were very nice! We loved hanging out on the patio. Every aspect of your townhome is inviting and makes for a great retreat. The metro being super close was the icing on the cake.

Ian is very responsive to any questions. His place is a gem with an amazing rooftop patio and living room balcony. Close to all the bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Quiet building. Very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

We loved this home! Beginning with the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood, this apartment was right in the midst! Lovely apartment, easy to enter right off the street, and the entire place was just like brand new! Comfortable space, comfy beds and very nice amenities. They also were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Driving distance to all the DC sites and fun, while staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host provided very detailed instructions that made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—they were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

Great place in a quiet DC neighborhood, perfect for a family of 4-5 or two couples. Lots of natural light, which is not the case for all basement apartments in DC row houses. This one had it’s own private entrance, all the amenities and plenty of parking right along the street right outside the house. Chris was a very attentive host and it was really easy checking in and out with his instructions. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area. Wonderful stay
