You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.

The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms.
