WiFi and cable TV will make for a leisurely time away from home. Comfortable queen bed and a memory foam sleeper sofa makes it comfortable for 4 guests! Your own peaceful and private suite with your own entrance, private bath, kitchen, and lots of windows. Easy check-in with the keypad. Guests have an entire floor in our house, WiFi, outdoor table and seating. It is hidden in the woods. Guests have a great view overlooking a pond and enjoy watching the horses on the property. Just 10 minutes from Clarkson University, 20 minutes from St. Lawrence University and one hour from Lake Placid. We stay on our own floor, never compromising your privacy.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!
