We are conveniently located 1.5 miles from I-5. Salem and its surrounding areas are also home to countless top-notch wineries and an hour from the beautiful Oregon coast.

Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. Our Hideaway studio is a cozy, recently renovated studio suite located within walking distance of downtown Salem, the state Capitol, and Willamette University. The Hideaway has total privacy, with your own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, and washer & dryer. Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.

Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

This cozy guest house has a private entrance and exit. Located in a really nice, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with ample parking spaces. It is also located in the capital of Oregon, which in turn is located in the middle of everything!! such as; mountains, waterfalls, beaches, and many more places of interest. In addition, every morning a delicious Colombian coffee will be at your fingertips so you can start your mornings recharged with full of energy

No checkout chores and pets stay free :) A beautifully unique cedar craft home on small acreage on the edge of town, this ground floor guest suite has all the amenities of my favorite hotels, like Hyatt, Westin and Marriott. This rustic-modern space has a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, filtered water, microwave, hot plate, toaster and several coffee makers. Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.

Our residence is located in a beautiful wooded area of south Salem with easy access to Interstate 5.

Our neighborhood is a safe place to walk and explore and our property has security cameras to enhance your safety.

Visit our many hikes and trails or float our rivers and lakes - and on and on!

The Garage

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
