Your own backyard, two bedroom suite, both rooms have one shared bathroom, perfect for one family or one to two couples willing to share bathroom. Own closet. Also have a dog cage in the corner if you are traveling with one dog only can stay outside. No pets inside. Microwave, coffee maker and Refrigerator available. No kitchen available. Rooms are attached with the property but Rooms have their own privacy.

Cozy home with a nice backyard. Perfect for a quiet evening enjoying some wine by the fire outside while you can hear the sound of the water in the pond. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard
