Built in 2014 on 20-acres with a private drive, 900' of riverfront with a trail, superb privacy with great views, only 3.5-miles from downtown Salida and 18-miles from Monarch. With a big garden and chickens (fresh veggies and eggs in season!), we're frequented by visits from deer, great-horned owls, red-tailed hawks, and sometimes wild turkeys and elk!

We believe in providing more than just a place to stay. Our amenities include 1,600 feet of beautiful Arkansas River frontage, perfect for fishing or a leisurely stroll. We also have picnic areas, a pickleball court, a non-motorized boat launch, a dog park, and a playground for the little ones. The 3,500 sq ft clubhouse is the heart of our resort, offering a kitchenette and common area perfect for hosting gatherings, a pool table, games, a fitness center, showers, and laundry facilities.

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our short-term rental license number for the city of Salida is 0511.
