Completely redone 3 bedroom cottage on 5 acres in the horse country 20 minutes North of Ann Arbor. Open living/ dining/ kitchen. Quiet and serene with majestic white pines, oak/cherry trees and lots of wildlife. Say hello to our goats, Billie and Chuckie, and enjoy the abundant wildlife. Lots of parking. Washer and dryer. The entire home has been remodeled and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The open floor plan provides beautiful views of the lake - sometimes you may feel that you are ON a boat! Bring your boat or enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards to explore this peaceful lake. There is a nice sandbar a short paddle from the house. *“Half” bedroom is a loft bed on second floor.

Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available and more can be rented nearby.

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.
