Nice, clean little cottage close to restaurants and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The sauna was amazing as well. I will definitely come back.

My wife and I just needed a place for one night, and Conner's art house was available... but after staying there, we wished we had booked more nights! It's an unexpected little house, right in the middle of a collection of art studios, cafe's and antique stores. The house is surprisingly private, considering it has windows facing every direction, my wife and I were able to set the blinds so we had privacy as well as lots of light. Our favorite feature was the record player and albums, it was a nice little touch that really made the place feel cozy.

This place was perfect! I was visiting a family member at the University of Utah Hospital and it was a super easy drive from this Airbnb. I had a little trouble getting in but they answered right away and got it sorted out quickly. The fenced yard was ideal for my dog. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

In the pictures it doesn’t show how close it is to there house! And the directions were good! But it was smaller then I thought it wasn’t very clean we had to sweep up the place and there was only one pillow and a sheet, when in the photos there was more pillows and blankets!

We enjoyed our stay. The views outside were beautiful! The place was very cute, perfect little getaway for a couple.

This tiny house is a gem, we didn’t want to leave!! It’s so much more lovely than staying at a hotel and we had everything we needed, just like you would have at home, plus a lovely garden and patio! Every space in the house is well curated and it makes you want to nestle in and relax. The kitchen, dining, pantry, bedroom, and more spacious bathroom than I thought, were very accommodating. Melanie was communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We have this place saved and will share it as highly recommended when a place is needed in SLC. Thank you Melanie & Steve, your tiny house is just beautiful!

A very cozy place to stay whether that's a few nights or a longer! We will definitely keep their place in mind on any future trips.

Me gusto mucho el sitio, en cuanto a calidad precio. El baño no esta en el mismo sitio donde duermes y tienes que cruzar el patio para ir a la otra casa al baño. Eso fue lo unico que no me gusto, por lo demas todo estaba muy bien.

Awesome experience awesome people really appreciate the kindness from them. It was a good time.
