Sleep well in the 2 beautiful queen bed rooms with plush mattresses , lots of pillows, and soft sheets. Modern tiled bathroom downstairs with tub shower combo. An open loft with 2 twin beds, and 1/2 bath upstairs. Tiny house type floor plan with spacious feel; vaulted ceilings and lots of windows and great lighting . We live less than 1 mile from the cottage, so we are quickly available for anything the guests need. We will meet guests with the key or if it’s after hours, there is a lockbox. The house is minutes from I-26, yet it feels like the heart of the country, with views of the mountains and cattle grazing in the field next door. Popular tourist destinations Asheville, Greenville, Tryon, Landrum, and Hendersonville are nearby. Plenty of parking in the concrete driveway with turnaround so you can exit safely since our road can get busy at times. Caution, Please be aware of the loft ladder type access if you have toddler age children or babies, this might not be the rental for you. The loft is 8’5” from the living room floor. There will be an escape ladder under the twin beds upstairs that can be hung out the upstairs window in case of fire.

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
