Welcome to our family petting zoo farm and horse ranch in Jamul! Our small ranch is in a quiet, beautiful valley with miles of trails right outside our gate. We horses, mini donkeys, goats, chickens and we sell fresh eggs, ask us! We are a 30 minute drive to the beaches, downtown San Diego, and most SD attractions. Locally we have a gas/convince/liquor store. Rancho San Diego is a 10 minute drive with Target, Grocery, Starbucks and many restaurants. We have hot water and WIFI.

San Diego Private Studio

Keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located studio. We created our private detached studio with tranquility and comfort in mind. It's minimalistic with cleanliness as our utmost priority. You have your own private entrance & space so you can relax in peace. It it is a spacious studio with a queen bed, Smart TV and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. It also has a little working area with a desk and a recently redone bathroom with a walk-in shower.

South Mission Beach Zen-Like Studio

This fully furnished second story South Mission bayside studio offers relaxed beach living. This studio sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) & 2 Boogie Boards are provided; private off street parking on premise. Bbq grill on small balcony. The unit is steps to the bay and short three minute stroll to the beach. Two beach cruiser bicycles provided which is one great way to get around the area. Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

Fontaine Family Vineyards has a 2 person renovated suite with outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard, private entrance and easy parking, and enhanced cleaning protocol. The Guest Suite features a TV, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee/tea, utencils, pots/pans, BBQ w/side burner, patio lounge area, all with views of vineyard. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
