We would love to greet you but are also fine with allowing you to access with a code on the front door. We live nearby and are happy to make suggestions for dining or things to do. Located near numerous restaurants, and Balboa Park, Hillcrest, the zoo, Downtown, Little Italy, and the Convention Center are all within 10 minutes. Be at the beach in less than 15 minutes. Welcome! Our house has an amazing private patio/deck flanked by 9 palm trees. The house has central a/c & heat, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is separate from the rest of the house by the private patio. 2 bicycles with helmets are here as well. The house is located in the Hillcrest neighborhood - easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars of Hillcrest and North Park, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.

The cottage features full amenities that include: Tempurpedic™ queen-size bed. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, toaster, and iron. Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. We are a short Uber drive to downtown and everywhere else San Diego has to offer. We hope you stay with us soon!
