The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. I have one bedroom w/ a private bath available in my (3) bedroom, (2) bathroom home. My home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Ripon .. a few blocks from historical downtown, a short drive to many great restaurants and wine bars, and is easy freeway access to Highway 99. There is access to a full kitchen and bar, laundry room and backyard, and a console piano should you be inclined to play.
