Deena’s place is a must-stay! Felt like home. Deena was a great host and helped accommodate our late check-in and early checkout. She went the extra mile to have our breakfast packed to go for our super early checkout.

This place is highly recommended. It is spacious, cozy with beautiful details and the wine you can have there is great!!! We enjoy the view of the vinard and Sequoia National Park is close

Great and lovely place. Stayed there for one night on our way to Yosemite. We can highly recommend this place.

One of the best places in our trip in California. The house is so wonderful, integrated to the nature. Away from noise and agitation. Spacious room, beautiful landscape. We cooked every evening and the hosts were happy to help. The swimming pool and spa at sunset and under the stars were amazing. The pets were so friendly. I spent so time with a cat on my knees. Last but not least: the hosts. Mary Ann and Robert are full of kindness. Their warm welcome, the helpful tips, their need to share made us feel at home. We are so thankful. I did not mention the breakfast. After a quiet night, Rob serves you a so delicious breakfast so you're ready to hike in Yosemite the hole day. I definitely recommend 👌

Our stay at the Slice of Heaven Ranch was everything and more. Real breakfast, homemade, fresh from the grounds. The environment was beautiful, I took a couple hundred photos. As a retired professional photographer, Shelly even gave me great tips and instructions. Horseback lessons were wonderful and well worth it! The bed was billed as the "most comfortable bed ever" and was very nice, but it was the super soft and cozy blankets and the nostalgic quilt that did it for me. Lots of room in dresser and closet. Fresh and fast water supply. Galt is not far away and easy to get to for groceries or shopping. The animals were also friendly and plentiful! We loved the dogs, and many of them loved us too. Chickens were happy and healthy. Cats were as friendly as cats can be, and we definitely caught up on petting therapy! The flowers and trees were in season with beautiful blooms. Even the temperature and weather were pretty ideal. We are already looking at returning options!

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The host was so nice and the place was beautiful! It took about 2 hours to get to the general sherman tree in the Sequoia National Park which is why we came. We also enjoyed the School House Tavern and the breakfast that was provided was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the national parks ! Oh yes and the wine was so superb !

I booked this place for its proximity to Yosemite National Park. It’s located near Oakhurst, where you can find restaurants and shops. The property is private, easily accessible, peaceful, and offers a great view from the outside. Checking in was a breeze, and our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy with plenty of pillows, and the portable air conditioner and heater worked well. The free breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Yosemite National Park.

A wonderfully lovely place. Very clear and helpful instructions! The house is full of history and is uniquely and esthetically beautiful. Loved the room, very clean and spotless. Felt like a 5 star hotel but even better, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the Monterey area and beyond. Will definitely be coming back!

I had such a wonderful stay! My room was very comfortable and the beautiful garden with all the little seating areas was such a pleasant place to spend time. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

This stay was one of my most relaxing ever at an Airbnb, I wish I was there longer. Brenda & Bill's setup is beyond the fantastic, as is their desire to be the best hosts they can be. I'll be back at Brenda & Bill's next year for Sea Otter again!

Very nice place to stay and connect. Becky is a great host who wants to ensure your visit is great. During breakfast we had good conversations and she shared some good places in Monterey, Carmel and Salinas to visit. The room is very cute!

Loved staying at the Locke B&B. Perfect place to stay for checking out some live music at the Pearl and exploring the historic shops and buildings on Main Street. Martha was friendly and knowledgeable and made us a delicious breakfast of cheesy eggs and toast in the morning. See you next time!

We had an amazing time at Horizon! Anne was super timely in responding back and was very quick when we needed help. The breakfast was super convenient for us because we didn’t have to go out to eat! 10/10 experience and will definitely stay here if I come back. Clean rooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Horizon by Yosemite, the place is beautifully designed and the location is phenomenal. The valley and sunset views are breathtaking and the place is incredibly peaceful. We found the one-hour drive to Yosemite Valley to be completely worth it, especially considering the high quality of the accommodation. Both bedroom/bathroom and communal areas were impeccably clean, and the breakfast/snacks provided were just perfect. Anne is a great and friendly host, her instructions for amenities and self-check-in/out were very clear and communication was always quick. We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing time while staying at Horizon, everything was even better compared with the description. Very clean, quiet, private and enjoyable place to stay. If you're looking a place where you can disconnect from everything, and still have a modern, cozy and convenient place close to Yosemite, this is your place. We'd definitely look for a next time to stay at Horizon, very recommended.

Amazing location for accessing Yosemite coupled with the beautiful property itself. The Glacier room is on the far end of the property and feels most private, it also has a outdoor globe that would be lovely to relax in(we didn’t as it was very warm out). The bed is the comfiest we’ve ever had in an Air BnB. Takes about 30 mins to drive to El Portal, and another 30 to get to Curry Village. We left very early to access the park so the breakfast that was prepared by Horizon in advance was a great touch, and very welcome. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for accommodation to either access Yosemite, or for just a place to unwind and relax
