Perfect stay if your traveling solo in the heart of el viejo San Juan. Yes the floor of the bathroom leaks but it didn’t bother me at all. I knew based of the reviews prior. It’s a great SAFE AND SECURE spot. Would def stay again. Thank you ❤️

Very nice apartment, very comfortable and equipped with everything needed during the stay. Zoe is a super host, well communication, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend her apartment. Deserves more than 5 stars.

This airbnb was by far the most amazing place. The views were amazing. It has a gym. It was a 5 minute walk to Escambron Beach, a block away from El Hamburger (must visit). They have a 24 hour concierge as well. If you love to walk they have paths just a block away. The place was clean, had everything you needed. Gloria was very responsive to any issues or questions. The entire place was beautiful. I look forward to my next stay. This place was comfortable, safe and I was able to walk to a lot of different places and the location was great as Ubers did not cost that much either. It is my top place to stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is unbeatable — right by the beach with private access, so we could enjoy the sun and surf anytime. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable. A quick heads-up: the AC units are only in the bedrooms, but with the main level’s three ceiling fans and open windows, the place stayed cool even when it was around 83 degrees outside. We just turned on the AC at night, and it was perfect. Overall, a fantastic spot — highly recommend and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip. Can't wait to return!

We arrived just as Salvador was on his way out, and he greeted us and handed us the keys. The outdoor area was lovely, and we ate breakfast outdoors daily. We saw many lizards and birds among the trees. We felt very secure and the area was mostly quiet. We heard the frogs at night, but it wasn't disturbing; you can close the windows to reduce the noise if you like. We really appreciated the cookware, fans, beach chairs, and water filter. The place was clean and spacious for two people. The beach was a short walk away through a residential neighborhood. The pizza place on the corner was delicious and I was so glad they offered a vegan pizza. Everything was a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. The gate door is a little tricky to open, but you just have to push/pull a little, which Salvador let us know. I would stay there again!

Overall, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay, we'd stay here again and we liked the Santurce area. Only comments are that there's is no exhaust in the bathroom or a window for air flow and there is one floor tile cracked in the shower which felt not too safe and had to stand making sure to avoid stepping on it, we couldn't use the pool as the floor was not clean but I believe that's more maintenance from the building than from the host herself. Manoly was very good at communicating when there were power outages and made sure we had a battery for the basics like charging your phone and fan, also, since we stayed for quite a few days she provided a other clean set of towels. Beach supplies provided came in very handy and there is a beach just around the block. Kitchen supplies were just right and useful, also she provided bathroom supplies.

It was worth it ! Found it last minute and it was a great deal! It was absolutely beautiful! Close to the beach. A quick walk across the bridge and restaurants all nearby. It was a cute and quaint place . I’m definetly coming back and staying here !

Vlad’s place is a hidden gem in Old San Juan - from the muted lavender shade on the outside to the bright outwork that decorates the wall. You’ll be sure to find lots to do within walking distance, however, we recommend driving/burring to escrambon beach.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! There are many things to do in the area, and we enjoyed how close we were to the beach. I definitely recommend staying here and we would book again.

The moment we entered we were awestruck cause the place was so good. Everything clean and nice, music playing, cooling on point, the check in was smooth and clear. San Juan is comparatively quite small and this place was 10-15 mins drive from everywhere. Perfect place for stay, 100% recommended:D

I loved, loved, loved this stay. The place was super clean, very private, in the middle of everything, the view from our balcony was everything. I will be back to stay again. Thank you guys for being a great host!!

Ingrid’s place was wonderful! The location was ideal. It was 15 minutes or less from everywhere we went for the most part. The place was secure with concierge on duty 24/7. You also had to have a key fob to get to your specific floor. The loft was clean and looked just like the pictures. I felt right at home. The bed is low on the floor and the shower only has one glass panel so the water would go all over sometimes, but Those were minor things. Other than that, everything was perfect! I give my stay a 10/10. I would definitely recommend staying here. Ingrid was also very welcoming & thorough with instructions for checking in, the stay, checking out, and local attractions. The guidebook she provided was spectacular. Thank you Ingrid! You made my time in PR amazing!

El Airbnb está tal cual la fotos y la ubicación es la ideal ya que queda en medio de vía de acceso para llegar tanto al aeropuerto como al centro de ciudad en pocas horas. Lo de tener garaje fue un mega plus y me encantó que Keila siempre estuvo muy accesible y estuvo siempre a un chat d distancia. Mi estadía fue genial

Gerardo and Carola were great hostesses. The place was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. I never closed the blinds because even at night I loved to see the view. The beds were clean and comfortable. They provide you with so many additional resources to assist you on what you can do on your trip. When I come back to Puerto Rico I definitely hope they have an opened spot because it was amazing! They went above and beyond for us and I am so grateful!

Modern, spacious, impeccably clean and in the best location for swimming, snorkeling and surfing in San Juan!
