Newly opened and renovated upscale Inn located in the heart of Morro Bay. The property is walking distance to all the main attractions including waterfront shops, dinning, the beach, and Morro Rock. Each room boasts "Made in Morro Bay" furniture, luxury finishes and premium amenities. The Inn features free Wi-Fi, smart 4K TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, free parking, and express check in/out. Kicked-back surf-town motel harkens back to 1938, perched right on the Pacific Ocean seawall near the Cabrillo State Hwy/Rte 1, strollable to the dining, shops and nightlife on Pismo Beach Pier. Your room charge will be paid prior to your arrival. The remaining balance of taxes (13%) will be charged upon arrival. A refundable security deposit of $XX will also be collected.

This studio room is 430 square feet. An expansive space with tall ceilings, a California King bed, a generous kitchen area with adequate counter space, a wine refrigerator and microwave. It has a cozy dining area, tv area and modern bath. It is named for the Tulip Tree which was created from the custom design tiles on the backsplash of the kitchen counters.
