The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.

My house is situated in the historic centre of Minerbio , opposite the old Isolani castle, only 30 minutes far from Bologna ; the bus stop (93) is in front of the house. The bus arrives downtown, near the exhibition and at the railwaystation of Bologna. Peaceful, new and comfortable; cool in summer. The main shops, cafeterias and restaurants are under the arcade, just nearby. You'll also like staying here thanks to the small back garden.
