About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Separate entrance, complete privacy, Easy check in and out! two car parking at the front of the house, quiet cul-de-sac street, one block away from De-Anza high school, church...,

It has a separate entrance to backyard, private porch with outside heater, bbq and a designated off-street parking spot in front. It has a queen bed, TV, fast (fiber) wifi, full kitchen and bath and a bar with a pop up window for indoor/outdoor seating. The studio is very close to the major freeway entrance (highway 4 and interstate 80) which makes it easy to travel around the bay area.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
