We absolutely loved this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, had three bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and the addition of the washer/dryer was really useful. The apartment felt very modern and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic with restaurants, shops and parks all a short walk away. This will definitely be our go-to apartment whenever we visit Mexico City!

We had such a nice stay here. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and located in an amazing neighborhood. We left the windows open and enjoyed the sound of the fountains outside, and live music from the street performers. Loved that there were yoga mats, a nice blender, an electric kettle, hot water that always worked in the shower and the tub, and plenty of light through the windows. We are back home now and miss having a balcony to sit on overlooking the trees! Also, Guillermo was a fantastic host! Everything about our arrival and departure was smooth and easy, and he was available to help us with questions and special requests without any issue. Our friend accidentally left behind some clothing, and Guillermo quickly handled the matter, and mailed it to her in the states. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a spacious apartment in Condesa

Gerardo and his wife are very nice. They were very flexible with my checkout time, allowing me to leave the apartment late, without asking for anything in return. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. It has all the necessary that someone would need to have a nice stay on a short or long term. I would rent from Gerardo again is I come to Mexico city.

O apartamento é ótimo, novo, com camas confortáveis e tudo bem limpo! A localização fica em um bairro mais residencial, porém é fácil e rápido de chegar de carro de aplicativo nos pontos turísticos da cidade. O check-in foi fácil e o Arturo foi simpático e nos respondeu rapidamente.

Estamos muy agradecidos con Edel, estuvo pendiente y resolvió nuestras dudas, el departamento es tal como en las fotos, un lugar cómodo, seguro, lindo y limpio. Hay muchos establecimientos alrededor.

Had a great stay. The apartment is super nice and very well located. The apartment is actually quite spacious with very tall ceilings and in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great find! Comfortable beds & cool vibe. This place is super convenient & located in a wonderful part of the city. Very unique layout with an upstairs patio area--great for morning coffee or late-night drinks. Just be aware that another apartment is very close (due to the unique layout) and may not be completely private when everyone is "home". Host is responsive and helpful. Overall, great expereince! Highly recommend.

Una bella casa muy amplia y muy bien distribuida en una zona muy tranquila pero con excelente ubicación, ampliamente recomendable si van a esta visitando diferentes puntos de la ciudad, el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos compartió recomendaciones de donde comer y lugares a visitar, ampliamente recomendado.

Es un lugar excelente y la anfitriona Ale, muy atenta y pendiente, el lugar está en una zona tranquila y todo está cerca, si estas pensando en reservar, no lo dudes, te llevaras muy grata experiencia.

Un excelente lugar para descansar. Cuenta con todos los servicios que describe. La piscina es limpia y tiene una temperatura agradable. Carlos es bastante amable y siempre está al pendiente.

Lugar tranquilo para descansar y seguro. Hay vigilancia y lugares para comer alrededor que están increíbles, solo hay que descubrirlos.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar, el fraccionamiento muy tranquilo y muy amigables todos, la Sra Aurora muy atenta y considerada nos recomendo lugares donde podiamos comer, aunque la cocina estaequipada con utencilios para cocinar y calentar sin problema nuestros alimentos, excelente lugar para estar comodo y salir de la rutina.

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

Definitivamente es una excelente opción, absolutamente todo estuvo magnífico, cerca de bellas artes, estaciones de metro y el departamento es tal cual como se anuncia.

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.
