Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Lage und Größe war perfekt für ein Wochenende in Innsbruck! Fast alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und eine Haltestelle ist auch direkt in der Nähe.

Anna war unglaublich freundlich, kommunikativ und stets hilfsbereit – von der reibungslosen Anreise bis hin zu wertvollen Insider-Tipps für die Umgebung. La host e sua madre (la signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi) gentilissime e a disposizione! Spazio pulito e ordinato. La casa era come nelle foto e sulla descrizione.

The house is excellent placed, close to the main road, bus station and a good restaurant (Dorfwirt) . It was very clean, in the kitchen we had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine (filter coffee), cooker, fridge-freezer (small). There are two bedrooms. Heating was good. Communication was great with Victoria (we didn't meet her) and Martina (she was very nice and helpful). It was requested a deposit ( 200 euros) for eventually damages. It was not the case and the deposit was returned before our departure.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La posizione era ideale e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, permettendo di utilizzare in pieno la Trentino card! L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. La cucina ben attrezzata. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile. Alessandra e Michele sono ottimi host, molto disponibili fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per esplorare la zona, oltre ad accoglierci con un ottimo strudel appena fatto, un cesto di frutta, una bottiglia e altre prelibatezze! Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia esplorare il Trentino e cercare un alloggio confortevole e accogliente, anche per gli amici a quattro zampa che sono pienamente accolti e coccolati! Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt!! Gute Lage im Ortsteil Partenkirchen als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wandertouren und auch nicht zu weit weg vom Ortszentrum.

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

Tolles Airbnb gleich über einem wunderschönen Café gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Bad sehr groß und super sauber. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Sonnenschirm. Der Blick vom Balkon ist ins Grüne und dem Garten vom Café. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist zu Fuß gleich in der Stadt. Gegenüber ist ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Wie würden uns sofort wieder für die Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank liebe Katharina für die schönen Tage.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Sehr komfortabler Check-in und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Durch die zentrale Lage war der Skilift sowie die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen 👍🏼

Wir haben zwei Nächte in dieser Wohnung in Seefeld vom 28. bis 30. April verbracht. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind (1 Jahr und 8 Monate alt). Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung – alles war sauber, ordentlich, und alle Möbel und Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Besonderer Dank gilt dem Gastgeber Andreas: Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet (in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Minuten), hat uns persönlich empfangen, alles ausführlich erklärt und sogar ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt – das war sehr hilfreich. Aus dem Fenster hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Hohe Munde, und die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und um die Natur zu genießen. Ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben keine Mängel festgestellt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist schlicht aber sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die beiden Badezimmer sind ein Traum und die Betten sind himmlisch bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (trotzdem ruhig) und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt um Meran und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben Tipps zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bekommen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen.

Abbiamo passato 4 fantastici giorni in questa meravigliosa casa a Cortina. La zona anche se vicinissima al centro è in un posticino tranquillo con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Sembrava di essere a casa, l’alloggio è dotato di ogni tipo di accessorio utile al soggiorno. Ute e Vito disponibilissimi a fornire consigli e indicazioni su luoghi e attività. Ci hanno consigliato dove sciare e dove noleggiare l’attrezzatura, fornendoci uno sconto. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Très beau logement avec une vue magnifique. Très propre et bien équipé. Supermarché à proximité. Bon emplacement pour visiter.

Ivonne hat auf uns gewartet, das war sehr nett. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gerne wieder.
