Mande and crew could not have been more helpful! I have never had a rental property be so responsive and ready to help. We had an issue with the cart (completely user error, whoops) and they came over to take a look asap. They also let us check in early since the house was ready. The house is clean, open, walkable to the beach and a great location for the grocery store and some restaurants as well. Could not recommend Dog Daze more- just book it- it’s perfect!! Also, go eat at Dewys and ask for Kolby

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

Very nice home. Had everything we needed in the home. Felt right at home. Very clean and very peaceful. We loved the backyard, the kids played all day. Definitely will be soon. Thank you Five Points Vacation, for making our family vacation amazing.

We visited with 2 couples and 6 kids. The house was perfectly set-up for both communal hangouts and private sleeping for all. Beautiful home in the best location to experience all Santa Rosa has to offer. We absolutely enjoyed the place and made our vacation feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend you and your family stay here for as many days as you can, as it is perfect, we didnt want to leave. Thanks to Oversee for the hospitality and the thoughtful touch with extra amenities.

This property is a treasure! The large back yard and side yard had wonderful grass that made letting our mini doodle out in the morning and for playtime absolutely perfect! The porches were so relaxing. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. We had everything we needed and more! Such a cozy and comfortable cottage. Short walk to the beach access exactly as described. We would love to stay here again!

This place was AMAZING! Close to the beach cute little neighborhood! Everything you need is there already!!! The pool was perfect, the house is BEAUTIFUL! Jenni was incredible, answered any questions we had, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and it truly was!!! The price was great, we will be booking with Jenni for all of our future yearly PCB trips!!! I recommend her and all of her listings if you want a beautiful place to stay and someone who cares and goes the extra mile! Soo worth it!! Thank you again Jenni!!!

Great stay overall! Close proximity to the beach, short walk. Close to golf courses, outlets, shopping and restaurants. We liked the location because it’s far enough away from main attractions that traffic wasn’t difficult to navigate but close enough that you could be just about anywhere in Destin in 10 minutes. The home itself was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for our party of 12. 4 bathrooms eliminated log jams in the morning and evening. Would definitely stay here again and would absolutely stay at any Newman-Dailey property. Excellent customer service! Quick responses!! Loved it!!

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

We stayed here as a group of 7 girls and had a great weekend! Everyone kept complimenting the place and how nice it was, especially the backyard/pool. Great location, very walkable to the beach. As a bonus, the host was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed!

First time at Blue Mountain. We wanted to try something other than the crowded Rosemary area. Loved the more laid back vibe. The house was the perfect set up for 6 adults and 5 kids under 7. Pool area perfect for our family! Very kid friendly yet private. Walkable to everything. Public beach is crowded so plan for that. And the public beach closest to house does not have a ramp so prepare for that too. We were very pleased with everything and had a great time!

The best part of this Airbnb was for our dogs! They enjoyed every inch of the fenced in back yard while we relaxed and enjoyed the pool! House is very spacious and kitchen was big enough to cook full meals every night! Definitely recommend and can see us coming back to visit again in the future! Thanks Anna!

I would definitely recommend staying here, the house is a great place to go for a little getaway. My friends and I really enjoyed the pool, and the fact that it’s right on the beach is perfect. 10/10

We had such a fun stay at this Airbnb! It’s super close to the beach and shopping at Destin Commons. If you’re planning to visit Crab Island, McGuire’s, or AJ’s, I recommend renting a car, as Uber can get expensive in the area. Communication with Emily was amazing — she responded quickly to any questions and kept us well-informed throughout our stay. The house rules were simple and easy to follow. The only minor downside was that we ran out of toilet paper and had to pick up some more. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping us cool, and the pool was a huge highlight! We also loved having access to all the pool house items. There were nine of us girls, and we had an absolute blast. I would definitely stay here again — it’s the perfect spot for a beach getaway!

This trip wasn’t just a vacation for us. It was the last big trip with our oldest son who is heading off to the Air Force. So, we really wanted it to be perfect. The owners responsiveness to anything we needed was top notch. Their clear instructions and information on everything from their AirBnB to the location were greatly helpful. The place itself was a dream come true. Everything we hoped for with this trip was fulfilled to the fullest. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. If we ever return to Destin again, this will be the first place we look for availability.

I pointed some minor things to the owner’s rep, to improve curve appeal. Overall, it was great value and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Everything was as described and better. You literally cannot ask for a better host! Charles allowed us to have a very early check in and was extremely responsive to any message. From coffee pods to basic household items we were always pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the home was. The house is perfectly located within Sandestin. The new heated pool on Audubon is super close! The golf cart was key in getting us to all of the destinations in the community, especially the beach and grocery store. The backyard is completely private and fenced in, with beautiful landscaping. Our furry family member especially enjoyed this feature! We loved the gas fire table on the back screened in patio at night! What a treat when the sun set and the air became cooler! Also, everything was clean and inviting when we arrived! And…some special “welcome “surprises made our day! We felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. This rental is a true treasure!

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

Loved staying here. The place is a little small, but it was perfect for what we needed it to be. She was very responsive and at all times that I messaged her. The outside area was gorgeous and comfortable.

We had so much fun playing all of the different board games she provided! The place was in a great location with quiet neighbors and she provided plenty of supplies for our stay. Will definitely stay again next time!
