The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Meadow Cottage Barn is a sympathetically restored 17th century self-contained studio barn situated next to the main house in Milford & adjacent to beautiful National Trust land & has off street parking. The accommodation comprises a king size bed, sitting area with sofa, kitchen, dining area & bathroom with shower. It opens into its own garden space & has an outdoor eating area. The Dairy is a characterful and elegant detached converted dairy. It sits adjacent to our farmhouse in the beautiful 16 acre grounds of our home. With direct access from our garden to Blackdown National Trust land it is the perfect, tranquil location from which to explore. We are just 5 minutes drive from the train station and town centre and perfectly located to visit market towns of Guildford, Godalming, Midhurst, Petworth and Petersfield, as well as Goodwood and the coast.

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
